Privacy Policy

Quickmart ("we", "us", "our") operates the Quickmart marketplace and delivery app that connects customers with local stores and delivery partners. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

• Account: name, email, phone number, profile photo.
• Orders: items purchased, prices, delivery address, order notes, timestamps.
• Location: GPS coordinates (with your permission) to detect your city, calculate delivery fees and share pin location with the assigned delivery partner.
• Device: device type, OS, browser, IP address, crash and diagnostic logs.
• Payments: we currently support Cash on Delivery. When online payments are enabled, card and UPI data is processed by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.

• To fulfil orders and arrange delivery.
• To send you order status updates via in-app notifications, email or SMS.
• To improve app performance, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.
• To respond to your support requests.

We share the minimum necessary data with (a) the store fulfilling your order, (b) the delivery partner assigned to you (name, phone, pin location and order items only), and (c) service providers such as our hosting, database and messaging partners. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We retain your account and order history for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from Profile → Account or by emailing us.

• Delete your account and associated data.
• Opt out of marketing communications.
• Withdraw location or notification permissions from your device settings.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with row-level security. Delivery OTPs are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. No system is 100% secure — please use a strong password and keep it private.

Quickmart is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
