By creating a Quickmart account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Quickmart is a marketplace that connects you with independent local stores and delivery partners. We are not the seller of the products — the store is. We are not the employer of the delivery partner — they operate independently.

• Prices, availability and delivery fees are shown before checkout and may change.
• Once an order is placed you will receive a confirmation. The store may reject or partially fulfil an order if items are unavailable.
• Delivery fees are calculated from your pinned location and the store's location using standard distance formulas.

Cash on Delivery is currently supported. When online payments are enabled, applicable payment provider terms will also apply.

• You may cancel an order before it is marked "Preparing".
• If items are missing, damaged or incorrect, contact support within 24 hours for a refund or replacement.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

ETAs are estimates. Delivery may be delayed by weather, traffic or store preparation time. You must be reachable on the phone number provided and share the delivery OTP with the partner on arrival.

• Do not abuse, threaten or harass store staff, delivery partners or support agents.
• Do not use Quickmart for illegal purchases or resale.
• Provide accurate delivery information. Repeated failed deliveries or fake orders may result in account suspension.

Approved delivery partners are independent contractors. They agree to follow safety rules, complete deliveries on time and treat customers with respect. Earnings are calculated per completed delivery and visible in the partner dashboard.

Quickmart's liability for any claim is limited to the amount of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the city where Quickmart is registered.
